Ts&Cs: Cyber Finance Competition (May/June 2023)

1. 1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by Cyber Finance (PTY) Ltd a registered Financial Debt Management Company and is registered and regulated under the National Credit Regulator. NCRDC3022.
   2. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer of the Promoter.
   3. The competition begins on 25 May 2023 and ends on 29 June 2023. All entries must be received by 23:59 (SAST) on 29 June 2023. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
   4. The competition is open to all persons aged 18 (eighteen) years or older and resident in South Africa, except the Promoter’s directors, partners, employees, agents, consultants and their immediate families.
   5. Participation by all entrants (“Entrants”) constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
   6. No Entrant may win more than 1 (one) prize per prize draw.

   10.  No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. Entrance into the prize draw is free.
   11. Should any of the prizes referred to above, for any reason whatsoever, become unavailable, the Promoter may in its sole discretion award a similar prize in value.
   12. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw. The first 1 (one) entry drawn will be announced as the winner. The name of the winner(s) will be announced on the Promoter’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and/or Tit Tok) within 30 (thirty) working days of the closing date. The winner will be notified via the platform they entered within 30 (thirty) working days of the closing date.
   13. These Rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition.
   14. The prize is exclusively for the prize winner and is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
   15. The winner must claim his/her prize within 30 (thirty) days of winning the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s physical address within 30 (thirty) working days after the winner provided us with his/her physical delivery address. If any prize winner’s contact details are no longer valid, they will forfeit the prize.
   16. The prize winner must provide valid proof of identification when redeeming the prize.
   17. The Promoter may make media announcements, publications of names, photographs of any prize winner(s), provided that any prize winner(s) may expressly elect to decline this.
   18. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any prize winner(s) to verify their eligibility to win such prize(s).
   19. All Entrants and prize winners hereby indemnify the Promoter and its agents, against any/all claims for any injury, loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.

   21. The Promoter will use any data submitted by Entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all Entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the Entrant has consented.
   22. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
