We want to hear your natural telephone presence — your tone, warmth, confidence, and ability to make a stranger feel comfortable.
Your voice is your most powerful tool. This recording helps us understand how you connect, how you create trust, and how you guide a conversation with ease.

Briefing for Recruits

When you call clients, you will often speak to people you’ve never met. These are semi-warm calls, meaning they have shown interest before, but you still need to build the bridge.

Your goal is simple:
Make the person feel safe, respected, and understood — within seconds.

What we listen for
